Success breeds successSince the Cordis Group was founded in 2000, it has earned a reputation for providing innovative solutions in the communication and technology fields. Cordis Communications has been a key part of several award winning internal communication campaigns, most notably with British Gas during the recent price rises, where employees were being severely tested. The teams in the call centres and engineers in blue vans needed to be armed with the most up to date information to handle increased volumes of customer calls and competitor-switching. The campaign was a huge success, allowing British Gas to smash targets they had for customer retention. We were fortunate enough to pick up a CIPR communications award at the same time. We also delivered a national internal brand campaign for WH Smith launching their new company values, a change management program with Rolls-Royce supporting the implementation of SAP across the business and a national E-Learning project for City & Guilds. Getting it all togetherCordis Technologies has worked in partnership with various multi-national companies to develop customer relationship management tools, order processing systems, content management solutions, simple databases, websites, complete enterprise resource planning tools, procurement solutions, integration works, automated document creation tools and project management systems. We've developed solutions for single users to as many as 250 simultaneous users (and even more on the web). The Cordis Group recently bought together its technical and communications businesses to create Cordis Video. This new entity is a video production agency focused solely on Internal Communications. Experience demonstrates that this market is under-serviced, in terms of quality and creativity. Our strengths in Internal Communications and technology development are the foundation for delivering engaging, creative and cost effective employee video solutions. Current clients include British Gas, Rolls-Royce, ICI, City & Guilds, Office Depot, AIG, HSBC, WH Smith, University of Southampton and the Labour Party. |
